  Docker Compose lab

  The whole stack lives in docker-compose.yml. Start, stop, and throw it away from this folder.

  Nginx reverse proxy

  A single local door at 127.0.0.1:8080. The Host header decides which app you reach.

  The page polls JSON written on the Mac — laptop stats every few seconds, Strava every few minutes.

  A browser UI for the containers. Local only — it talks to the Docker socket, so it stays off the public URL.
